Door one · one-off
Audit
A complete scan of any site and a prioritized fix list you download and keep. Buy runs; use them whenever. Nothing recurring.
Every audit includes

How runs work
- Runs never expire — use one today, one next quarter

Door two · ongoing
Monitor
Re-run the site whenever you need to — every run flags what changed since the last one, including a fix that quietly broke. The only question is how many sites.
Every monitored site
An audit tells you what’s wrong today. Monitoring is how you know it stayed fixed — and how you prove the work landed.

- Up to 4 audits per month — your first run plus 3 re-runs
- Up to 2,000 pages crawled per audit
- Backlink data refreshed for you
- Core Web Vitals re-measured every run
- Connected Analytics & Search Console pulled fresh when you open the dashboard
What you get to watch
- Score-over-time history, area by area
- Anything that slipped, surfaced on the next run
- Keyword tracking & optimization
- AI visibility tracking over time
Overall site score, run by run example site
Every time you re-run the audit we re-score the whole site out of 100. This is what twelve runs of fixing things looks like: 54 on the first audit, 82 on the twelfth.
What caused those three dips
each one surfaced by the next audit — not six months later
Beyond fifteen sites
Multi-location & white-label
Franchises, dealer groups and agencies who need every location rolled up in one dashboard — under their own brand. Priced per account, because the number of locations, the data sources and the branding all change the build.
Why Agencies Are Switching From the Big Names
| Challenge | Custom Web Audits | SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing | One audit is $49 — bought once, no subscription, no card on file. Want a site watched continuously instead? $39/month per site. | $129-449/month per tool. Costs explode when you add users or sites. |
| Learning curve | Clean reports anyone can understand — even your clients. | Complex dashboards built for SEO experts. Weeks to learn. |
| Audit depth | 100+ factors across 13 scored areas in one report. | Surface-level checks spread across multiple tools. |
| Prospecting | Connect your data sources, add your URL and you are off to the races. | Requires manual work stitching reports together. |
| AI search visibility (GEO) | Built-in. Track ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overview rankings on every audit. | Bolt-on or missing entirely — built for the old Google-only search world. |
| Setup time per client | Add URL, connect GA/GSC, audit running in minutes. | Project setup ritual — crawl quotas, project limits, manual config per site. |
| Local SEO + reputation built in | Google Business Profile, citations, reviews, map pack, and customer sentiment scored alongside the technical audit. | Local SEO is a separate paid product or doesn't exist. |
| Onboarding | Self-serve. Run your first audit in under 10 minutes for most websites. | 30-minute demo + sales call before you see the product. |
Questions people actually ask
Especially the ones about what happened to the old plans.
Do I need a subscription to run an audit?
No. A single audit is a one-time purchase — you get the complete report, and there’s no card left on file. Monitor is the subscription, and it’s entirely optional.
Is there a free way to try it?
Two of them, and neither needs a card. Run the free version on any URL to get a scored snapshot in about a minute, and open the demo audit to read a finished report end to end — so you can see exactly what the results look like before you pay for one. The free SEO tools stay free as long as you like.
Do audit runs expire?
No. Runs in a pack sit in your account until you use them. Run one today and one next quarter.
What’s the actual difference between Audit and Monitor?
Audit is a snapshot: one deep scan, one prioritized fix list, yours to download. Monitor is the same scan, re-run up to four times a month — plus a living dashboard, score history, and a page-by-page diff of what changed since the last run. If your question is “what’s wrong?” buy an audit. If it’s “how do I stop this happening again?” that’s Monitor.
Can I switch from an audit to Monitor?
Any time — there’s nothing to cancel first, because an audit isn’t a subscription. Worth knowing: a single audit costs more than a month of Monitor, so if you expect to look at a site more than once, starting with Monitor is the cheaper route.
What happened to credits and project slots?
They’re gone from the pricing. They were internal accounting that leaked onto a price list, and they made you do arithmetic to work out whether a plan fit. Now an audit costs what an audit costs, and monitoring is priced by the site.
How many pages will you crawl?
Up to 2,000 pages per audit, on every Monitor plan — the plans differ by how many sites you’re watching, never by how deep we go. That covers a full small-to-mid-size site. If your site runs past 2,000 pages, that’s an Enterprise plan or a one-off custom audit — and a conversation worth having before you buy.
Is white-labeling included?
White-labeling is part of the multi-location and custom packages only — your logo, your colors, on your own subdomain, included by default there rather than sold as a paid add-on. Downloadable PDF and PowerPoint reports are on those packages too — as is connecting Business Profile and 40+ marketing platforms — Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn and TikTok ad accounts, Shopify, call tracking, review platforms — per location. Monitor connects Analytics and Search Console; everything beyond those two lives here. Audit and Monitor give you the live report and a link you can share, not branded exports.
Can I audit a site I don’t own?
Yes — that’s a large part of what audit packs are for. Competitor and prospect audits need no access to the site, and neither does Monitor by default: everything it watches is measured from the outside, so you can track a site you don’t own. Connecting your own Analytics and Search Console is the only part that needs access, and it is optional on every Monitor plan.
